Thank You For Booking With Ariel Pristine! OUR POLICY: You will need to put a card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. If you need to change your appointment, you may do so before 24 hours prior to your appointment, only if the appointment slot is available, or by contacting me directly (478)217-5800. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be recorded as a no show and WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service booked. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact me directly rather than not showing up to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appoinment, you can do so only if the time slot desired is available and it’s at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment unless an unavoidable circumstance is present. *Please review our Cancellation Policy* In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please contact me directly, and we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. Please come with clean, makeup free lashes! If you have not cleansed your lashes the day of appointment, a lash bath is required. Lash baths can be added onto service: please book lash bath service when you book your appointment to ENSURE I have enough time for your services requested. APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Absolutely NO EYE/FACE MAKE UP, NO MOISTURIZER, AND NO FACIAL OIL! Please come with a FRESHLY WASHED face! Keep in mind it is a 2-3 hr process! Please be on time! If you are 5 minutes late, your appointment is canceled and you WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE OF 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE. No guests! Balance due in Cash, CashApp, Card on file, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Zelle. COVID-19: Due to the COVID-19 virus, we are requiring all to wear a mask throughout the duration of your service. If you do not have a mask, one may be provided for you. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19 prior to your appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule or book your appointment after 14 days. You will need to follow up with a negative test results verification to be booked. NO SHOW POLICY: We reserve the right to charge a no show fee of 100% of the booked service to the credit card on file. You will have to pay full price for next booking before your appointment is confirmed. If full payment isn’t paid, appointment is not confirmed allowing someone else the ability to book that spot. After two no shows, you will banned from booking with Ariel Pristine.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be subjected to a fee of 100% of your booked service. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting me directly.
